Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or adjusted.
I entered the wrong address. Can I still update it?
Address updates can be requested before the product's shipping is confirmed. Reach out to Customer Support immediately. Please review your information before checkout.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Reach out to Customer Support with your order number and email address to submit a cancellation request. If your order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed.
How do I initiate a return?
You have up to 7 days upon delivery to return items purchased on FilipinoStreets.com.

My tracking information shows that my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Wait 48 hours after the estimated delivery time for your package to arrive. If it still hasn’t been delivered, please contact support@filipinostreets.com.
I received a tracking number, but the shipment hasn’t progressed.
Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. It may take 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package and update the tracking information.

How can I confirm that my order is complete?
All orders are reviewed before confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is confirmed. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Orders are processed Monday – Friday and shipped within 3-7 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Allow 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. For PayPal payments, your account must be verified and have a confirmed shipping address. Other payment methods, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, may be available depending on your region. International orders will appear as Global-E on bank statements.
My package is being returned to the sender. What should I do next?
Once your order is returned to our warehouse, you will receive a full refund upon its arrival. We do not offer re-shipping of orders.
I placed multiple orders. Can I combine them?
Once an order is placed, we cannot combine shipments for multiple orders.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Please contact support@filipinostreets.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed images of the damaged product(s) and the packing slip or invoice.
